BLOCK PAVING
What is block paving?
Long lasting, hard-wearing and aesthetically pleasing, block paving has been specifically designed for driveways, handling the weight of vehicles without breaking, cracking, or splitting. There are different types of driveway pavers too, with domestic, heavy-duty and permeable variations available for more specific projects.
We’d also recommend pairing driveway pavers with block paving edging. Not only does this edging ensure the structural integrity of your new driveway, but it also makes the entire area look much neater and organised.
Want to use other paving products for your driveway? While concrete pavers and natural stone blocks are also a durable choice, we recommend only using these types of paving for patios and walkways. They are only designed to handle foot traffic, rather than cars or vans.

What is the best way to clean driveway pavers?
While there are many methods for safely cleaning your driveway, the most effective way is also the simplest: pressure cleaning and a fungicidal treatment!
First, apply fungicidal cleaner, you can purchase this in our online shop – just a amount 4:1 water and fungicidal solution. Then, pour the cleaning mixture onto your driveway and start brushing with a hard-bristled brush. Once you’re done scrubbing, leave it for about 60 minutes before rinsing the driveway blocks with pressure cleaner.

How do I remove oil from block paving bricks?
Soapy water and elbow grease will only get you so far; more stubborn stains need a deeper cleaning solution.
For example, if you’re trying to remove oil from block paving, then we recommend a purpose-built paving de-greaser. All you need to do is pour this cleaning solution onto the affected area and then wait 15-20 minutes. To finish, scrub the area with a hard-bristled brush before rinsing the pavers with clean water.
The key is patience. Stubborn oil stains might not lift away with the first round of cleaning, so repeat the cleaning process until your driveway blocks are sparkling!
